About Us
When the founders of DNA Developments established themselves in Cyprus, a glaring flaw was apparent. There was a distinct lack of reputable, bespoke, project developers and managers that had the passion and expertise to deliver tailor made homes...and so, DNA was born.
With offices located in both London and Cyprus, DNA is now growing from strength to strength, primarily due to the stunning villas and apartments on offer, but also down to the reputation built upon the existing 50 developments in London. We strive to work amongst the most reputable developers at home and abroad, employing highly regarded contractors such as Christakis Pilides Construction to partner us. Their gleaming portfolio of constantly recommissioned work includes 40 residential projects, 3 Hotels, 1 Hospital and a recent contract to build all 'Bank of Cyprus' branches in Paphos.
