Fractional Ownership comes to Cyprus

It is rumoured that the first case of fractional ownership came about when twelve individuals got  together to buy a French chateau in twelve shares.  The concept then moved to the purchase of large moveable assets such as aircraft and yachts.  It is today probably the major method of purchasing an interest in a private jet.  The rationale has always been why buy 100% of an asset when you are unlikely to require it’s use it for 100% of the time.  The sensible way forward, if it is possible, is to buy that portion of an asset that you will actually use.

DNA Developments in association with Avanti Fractional have now brought the concept to Cyprus with the first dedicated Fractional Ownership scheme at Emba near Paphos.
